Fulfillment Process
We partner with Dropshipping websites to fulfill your orders directly from our suppliers. This allows us to offer a wide variety of products while maintaining competitive prices and reliable shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During this time, our fulfillment partner sources and prepares your items for shipment. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping from Multiple Warehouses
Products may ship from different CJ warehouses (China, USA, Europe) depending on stock availability and your location. This helps ensure faster delivery times. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking information may take 2-3 days to become active in the carrier's system. You can track your package on the carrier's website or contact us for updates.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are separate from our shipping costs and are collected by local customs authorities or carriers upon delivery.
We declare packages at their actual value to comply with international shipping regulations.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is:
- Delayed: Please allow extra time during peak seasons or due to customs processing
- Lost or damaged: Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- Returned to sender: We'll work with you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply)

We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
